SpectralHost.com uses only the
highest grade Supermicro and Tyan server class boards, rather than
using no name or "white box" equipments. We constantly upgrade our
servers with the latest hardware and software to give you the best
hosting experience.

Dual Intel Quad Core Xeon (= Octo
Core CPU), 16 GB RAM, and RAID-10 SAS (Serial Attached SCSI)
storage, running 64-bit OS, PHP 5, and MySQL 5.
All of our servers are equipped with fault tolerant
RAID storage and hot-swappable hard drives. This means that in the
event of a hard disk failure you should experience no system
downtime or loss of data.
Full daily, weekly, and monthly
backups are stored locally and full off-site remote backups are
captured twice per week, stored in our secure backup servers in
Equinix Chicago and Telehouse New York. This provides our premium
hosting clients with extra peace of mind that their important data
is safe.

Security Features:
- Center is manned by on-site security
on a 24x365 basis.
- All doors, including cages, are
secured with biometric hand geometry readers.
- All exterior walls are bullet
resistant.
- Entire perimeter bounded by concrete
bollards/planters.
- A silent alarm and automatic
notification of appropriate law enforcement officials protect
all exterior entrances.
- All areas of the center are
monitored and recorded using CCTV, and all access points are
controlled.
- Visitors are screened upon entry to
verify their identity, and in shared situations, are escorted
to their appropriate locations. Access history is recorded for
audit by customers, as needed.
